We make sure that things run smoothly, handling all vendor coordination on the day of the event. We are here to alleviate you and your family's concerns. 

  • The Event Coordinator is available throughout your entire event, from start to finish. (Up to 8 hours).
  • Event Hours: Maximum of 6 hour
  • 1 to 2 in-person/virtual meeting to gather information, organize details, gather contracts, vendor's information, and to create a timeline
  • Unlimited communication via email and/or phone (Starting at first meeting, through completion of event.)
  • Walk-through of event venue
  • Developing an Event Timeline and sharing it with all vendors and other parties involved
  • Follow-up communication to all contracted vendors 1- 2 weeks before the event
  • An additional Event Planner on day of the event (up to 6 hours)

  • 2 to 3 in person/virtual meetings to gather information, organize details, gather contracts, vendor's information, and create a timeline

  • Assisting with 4 games of your choice, such as: "Don't say Baby!", "Diaper Derby", "How Many Items in Your Purse?", "Guess Mommy's Belly Measurement", "Name a Song with Baby in it!", "Blind Diaper Change", and many more!
  • Assistance with gifts
  • An additional Event Planner on day of the event (up to 6 hours)

This is a customized event package that reflects the mother-to-be and her personal style and taste. This provides it all, from start to finish. We incorporate all things offered in the Amethyst Package, as well as the following services and upgrades;

  • The Event Coordinator is available throughout your entire event, from start to finish. (Up to 10 hours).
  • Event Hours: Maximum of 8 hour
  • Assisting in planning for entire occasion
  • Up to 7 to 8 in person/virtual meetings to check on your planning progress and confirm you are where you should be
  • Assistance in shopping for party supplies (6 + locations)
  • Assisting in choosing all event vendors and suppliers as well as negotiating contracts 
  • Developing a budget and checklists
  • Assisting with guest list
  • Assisting with ‘Save the Date’ and Invitation selection, wording, labels and stamping
  • Managing the guest list, RSVPs, and seating chart
  • Assists photographer in gathering family members to take group pictures
  • Providing ideas for favors and party gifts
