Terms and Conditions
Renter agrees to inform all users of the Rental Equipment of the rules for the safe use of the Rental Equipment. Renter agrees that Renter will enforce the following rules during the use of the Rental Equipment:
a) At all times, a minimum of 3 responsible adults (over the age of 18) must supervise children and the Rental Equipment. Adults must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs when in charge. At NO TIME, should the Rental Equipment be left unattended.
b) Rental Equipment is strictly for children ages 0 to 5 years of age. Under no circumstance should anyone over 5 years or adults play on, sit or lean on the Rental Equipment. This can result in damage to the Equipment or injury to the individual(s)/children.
c) NO SHOES are allowed in the Rental Equipment. Children must wear socks for hygiene and safe reasons.
d) NO FOOD, LIQUIDS, CANDY, OR CHEWING GUM on or around the Rental Equipment area. This will help avoid any accidental risks, choking, and keep the Rental Equipment clean.
e) NO FACE PAINT, PARTY POPPERS, CONFETTI, COLORED STREAMERS, SILLY STRING, PLAY DOUGH, SLIME, MARKERS, CRAYONS, SHARP OBJECTS, ETC. to be used on or near the Rental Equipment. These items cause permanent damage/staining to the Rental Equipment for which the Renter will be liable.
f) NO PETS or ANIMALS are to be allowed on or near the Rental Equipment.
g) NO DIVING on or near the Rental Equipment
h) DO NOT use the Rental Equipment if you physical problems
i) Before using Rental Equipment, children must remove objects that may injure others or cause damage to our Equipment. This includes but is not limited to personal toys, loose objects in pockets, jewelry, badges, pens, keys, and other sharp objects.
j) Make sure there is plenty of space between children to avoid a collision.
k) Separate children of different ages and abilities, so that larger kids don’t accidently hurt the smaller ones, due to colliding with and/or falling on top of each other.
l) Ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting, or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.
Service Area
Serving Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County, Orange County, and Ventura County. Free delivery if within a 10 mile radius from our business address (951 Crocker St. Ste #7, Los Angeles, CA 90021), any service provided outside of the radius is subject to a delivery fee of $5 per mile.
Setup and Takedown
Setup and takedown are included in your package price. Renter is responsible for clearing all areas needed for equipment and must be present at the time of delivery.
Equipment Cleaning Care
To reduce the number of germs and therefore the spread of disease or illness we ask that you immediately disinfect any equipment that has come in contact with the following situations: Leaked soiled diapers, vomit, blood, or mucus. A disinfectant will be provided by Nostalgia Event Consultant and More to ensure proper sterilization that is safe for all, including the equipment.
Payments
Payments can be made through Zelle at [email protected], check or cash. Please note that if the check doesn’t have sufficient funds, the client will be responsible for paying the fees from the bank.
Cancellations and Booking Policy
We require a Non-Refundable deposit of $150 to book your party. The deposit will be used toward the remaining balance to be paid on the due date(s) posted in your contract. To confirm your event, a contract must be signed along with the deposit. For booking made less than 14 days prior to the event date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Weather Conditions
If you are hosting an outdoor event, you assume all weather-related risks. However, if it should rain, Nostalgia Event Consultant and More will work with you on a solution suitable to all parties.
*Once Nostalgia Event Consultant and More is set up and your event time has started a refund WILL NOT be issued.
