Starting Price $2,000

The month of the event is for clients that would like to take it upon themselves to plan their amazing event, but would like someone there on the day of the event to make sure that their plans run smoothly. We meet with you one month before your big day, review vendor contracts and together create a customized timeline. On the day of the event, the event coordinator will be on-site to facilitate vendors' arrival and prepare to execute all plans. The event coordinator will be at your service all through the event (up to 10 hours).

Service includes:

  • Event Hours: Maximum of 8 hours
  • 3 to 4 in person/virtual meetings to gather information, organize details, gather contracts, vendor's information, and to create a timeline
  • Unlimited communication via email and/or phone calls to brainstorm and create the day of your dreams
  • A walk -through ceremony rehearsal and/or venue
  • Developing an Event Timeline and sharing it with all vendors and other parties involved
  • Assisting in setting up the details for the ceremony and/or reception. Such as; guest book, gift card box, place cards, menus, and favors
  • Follow-up communication to all contracted vendors 1- 2 weeks before the event
  • Validating that all vendors, services and decorators pertaining to the event are in the right place and the right time
  • Assisting with the seating chart (guiding guests to their seats)
  • Cueing musicians for ceremony music
  • Assisting photographer in gathering family members to take group pictures
  • Delivering final payments and/or gratuities to vendors
  • Assisting the guests with any questions and/or concerns
  • Securing that all gifts and takeaways are taken by the designated person at the end of the night
  • An additional Event Planner on day of the event (up to 6 hours)

This package is for the clients who plan to be very involved and detail oriented but still desire professional help with ensuring all their bases are covered, and they secure the right vendors and best deals. This package includes everything listed in the Month of the Event Package as well as the following services:

  • Event Hours: Maximum of 10 hour
  • 5 to 6 in person/virtual meetings to check on your planning progress and confirm you are where you should be
  • Advice on budget allocation
  • Review of your checklist (with suggestions *who, what, where, when, why, and how)
  • Assistance in choosing up to 4 types of vendors of your choice and review of the contracts (for example; caterers, florist, music, etc.)
  • Accompanying you to meetings with up to 4 to 5 vendors of your choice
  • Consultation of ceremony and reception layout and décor
  • Input on managing the guest list, RSVPs, and seating chart

This package appeals to busy clients who would like hands-on assistance. This is a customized event that reflects the client's personal taste and style. This package includes all coordination from beginning to end. The Full Service includes everything listed in Partial Event Planning Package, as well as the following services and upgrades:

  • The Event Coordinator is available throughout your entire event, from start to finish. (Up to 10 hours).
  • Event Hours: Maximum of 8 hour
  • Up to 7 to 8 in person/virtual meetings to check on your planning progress and confirm you are where you should be
  • Assisting in finding a ceremony and/or reception venue
  • Designing a personalized ceremony and reception. Including but not limited to; color schemes, décor, themes, centerpieces, and more
  • Developing a budget and checklists
  • Assisting in choosing all event vendors and suppliers as well as negotiating contracts 
  • Reviewing catering menu selection and order
  • Providing ideas for favors and party gifts
  • Assisting with ‘Save the Date’ and Invitation selection, wording, labels and stamping
  • Accompanying you to any vendor appointments you desire
